I had to interview with 2 managers. They asked some availability questions and gave me some scenarios regarding what I would do in certain situations with customers and then a couple common sense questions

Your boss asked you to go put a perishable item back before it spoiled and get back as quickly as possible. A customer stops you and asks where something is that you don’t know the answer to.

Went into the office space above the store and was asked the most basic interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, resolving conflict, previous similar experience. Got a call back 2 hours after the interview with an acceptance and first day procedure.

Mostly situational and asked if I had any questions. Really basic interview but make sure you do a little research about the position and company beforehand. Think it was a turn-off that I didn’t ask any questions.
