I applied for the position on a Saturday & then got a call Tuesday. I was asked questions about my availability & minimum hours and things like that. I was then asked to come in for a interview the next day (Wednesday). At the interview it was about 5 other applicants waiting in the break room & we all got called in one by one. I was interviewed by the assistant manager and he made the interview real comfortable for me. He was very friendly and laid back. Just asked basic questions off of a sheet of paper & recorded my answers. Lasted about 5 mins then asked if I have any questions. SN: always try to have some questions go ask in return at any interview. makes you seem like you really interested. I then received a call Thursday morning extending the contingent job offer & was sent the email to complete my background check & the email to set up my drug screen. You have to complete the drug screen the same day.

I applied on November 1st and recieved a call on November 3rd to set up an interview. On November 6th I went into my interview. It was fairly simple. I filled out a paper that was checking my availability and making sure I could perform duties withough assistance. The assistant manager who interviewed me was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She had a paper with 15 questions on it and had me answer each one. Of course she wrote down my answers. They were pretty basic questions: What did you like about your last job/what didn't you like? Give a description of what you did at your last job? What would be your ideal boss? After the interview was over, she said if they were interested that I would hear from the manager in 5-7 days. On November 10th the manager called to offer me a contingent job offer(job offer pending due to background check and drug test). I completed both on the 11th so now I'm just waiting for a call back with the results.
