Was called in to do an in-person interview about a week after I applied. The manager of the department and the Store Personnel Clerk are the ones conducting the interview. They will ask you some basic questions about safety practices and your experience, as well as your availability and other department-related questions. Overall they were very friendly and personable.

The interview process was super easy and laid-back interview. I have never had a job before and they were super nice about it. After the interview, they got back to me promptly too. I got hired a week after my interview.
