The overall process seemed promising and engaging initially, but after the interview with the hiring manager and another team member, the recruiter completely ghosted me. In fact, my last email with her was before my final interview, so even two and a half weeks after that, I still hadn't received a response. Incredibly disappointing, misleading, and unprofessional. Recruiters that do this to candidates should be held accountable for providing such a poor experience.
