Very messy process, not organised at all. One interviewer had a plan for the interview and was asking relevant questions but the other interviewer kept interrupting and going off topic trying to explain the role

Slow, messy, and unprofessional. Applied for the job late in February, received a very informal email asking for a phone interview in mid-April, came in for an interview in early May and didn't hear anything until June... Then WC expressed frustration with _me_ because I said I'd need a week or so to tie up things at my old role! The interview itself was unusual; offices were offputting, one interviewer was well-prepared and the other was not, just rambled about nothing. Also I was required to complete some frankly insulting spot-the-difference "skills tests" seemingly to demonstrate that I had the mental competence of a six-year-old. I should have gone with my gut feeling about the place but ignored it.
