I went to an open hiring event in the Denver, CO region. I meet with a Regional Manager and then moved on to virtual interviews with multiple Community Managers for the open positions at there communities. This process took about a month. After the final interviews I was told I would be informed of the companies decision in the next 2 weeks. I followed up with the HR representative that set up the interviews, as they are the only one that I was given any contact information for, and never heard back. I checked in weekly for a month. While I understand not being selected for the positions, but the lack of follow up and then out of the blue receiving the generic you have not been selected email is very unprofessional.
