We acknowledge that individuals are often upset when they are not selected for a position. However, we ensure all of our applicants that we approach each interview with an open mind and are eager to engage with the applicant. If an interview is cut short, it is typically because the individual we are interviewing with has not reviewed the information and has stated that they are unaware of what the position entails. This is shocking as we send several emails and text messages to ensure that applicants are able to preview the job, have real life scenarios and are provided with background information about the position, prior to interviewing. Our team is committed to a welcoming environment and committed to ensuring that we demonstrate and model customer service. In addition, we do not and have never simply asked an interview question which states, "what experience do you have?" In fact, we ask behavioral questions to get to know individuals better. We respectfully disagree with this review, and our saddened that our team who tries to work hard to ensure we hire great team members, has been falsely accused of acting in an unprofessional manner. We value each applicant, and would never act in a way that is less than professional. Please note that not all reviews accurately demonstrate what occurred during an interview.
