I received a phone call asking me to come in. Once inside, I was asked to do 2 different mock calls. I was told ahead of time they would do this. These are rather important and rather difficult, or they were in my case. After, I was escorted around the building and shown the rather impressive facility. They were courteous. In my situation, I was brought in twice.

Very friendly and personalized interview. Nick was genuinely looking to understand the type of person I am beyond past sales performance records. I was asked to perform either 1 or 2 assessments after getting settled in. Once that was finished, I was given a description of the business, the culture, the advancement opportunities/process, and what working there would be like on an everyday basis.

The interview was very professional and well-organized. I was asked thoughtful questions and during the final phase I did a mock sales call. This gave me an idea of what I would need to be proficient with in order to be successful here.
