I spoke with a recruiter at first, everything seemed great she scheduled me an interview in person at the office. During the interview, it was just weird. They had no interview guide and just asked the same question in a different format over and over again. I never get nervous or anxious about interviews but something was really off. They also said you have to work in office and can not work remotely so you are able to "collaborate".
