I applied through LinkedIn, git a call from hr next day,
First round was written test consisting aptitude, Core java, servlet, EJB questions.
Second round was F2F technical round.
Mostly questions were in current project, and design patterns, Spring Framework, RESTFul Web services etc.
Finally hr discussion ans salary negotiations.

Worst company....
1) Telephonic HR round: this is just formal round of HR screening....General questions were asked .
They call candidates on their company location.
2) Test : test contains questions from general aptitude.
3) Technical test: Core Java questions and Design patterns questions....
4) face to face technical round : design patter questions were asked.....and core concepts from servlet,JSP and java
5) Manager round: General questions about candidates were asked ..Also manager provide details about project...
basically they want candidates but they dont want to provide them good salary....in the interview itself they mentioned about work load ....
They have some good projects from banking domain....but after selection they ask for salary slips and all the details...
But they provide only 1000-2000 more from whatever you got in hand from previous company..........
So great company for freshers .not for experienced candidates....
