*Software error and debugging and assisting an user remotely who is not aware of windows fix and solutions.
*Troubleshooting VPN issues with different kinds of categories.
*Updating Antivirus for an end user who is out of the domain network

*HR Discussion has happened completely only though phone till the time of joining and all the intimation and details has been sent to the email.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
