*PLEASE MAKE THEM CLEAR ABOUT YOUR EXPECTED SALARY BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME* The process took almost one day. I was contacted directly by wipro HR and first round was an online test by AMCAT which consists of Java, J2EE, Spring, Database questions. It also had English language questions and an essay as well. You are needed to clear the test with atleast 50% marks otherwise they'll ask you to take the test again in case you get selected. Next round was a video interview round in Wipro office only. It was conducted by FloCareer. The interviewer will be able to see you via video call but you won't be able to see the interviewer. Then there were two more 1 to 1 technical interviews and then next was the HR round. The HR there was not even interested in taking that round and he just took me in the room, asked me everything which I already told them on phone- Notice Period, current and expected salary. After that I was asked to leave. Then they sent a link in which I had to upload all my documents. After that HR called me for salary discussion. After wasting so much of my time in the interview process, they offered me only 15% hike that too with 7.5% variable. She said that they don't have budget and because I am not an immediate joiner this is what they can offer me. This was very disappointing because I already shared my expected salary even before going for the interview.
