Selected for interview during the on-campus placement drive...1st round was a technical and aptitude written test...many candidates screened in this round...next up was a group discussion...topic can be anything...ours was some cricket related...actually we were given 2 or 3 topics and we had to choose one...here itself they start observing you! how you discuss with others and convince them on what topic....so voice your opinion! It shows spontaneous leadership skills!
