SAP BASIS & HANA, DR, SUM upgrade, migration.

I was asked technical questions related to Basis support activities in my first technical round. Second round was just a formality and third round was a brief 10 minute discussion with HR. I received a call from another HR who was responsible for extending an offer and onboarding but started bickering about my LWD which was communicated initially as non-negotiable. I felt like I was being forced to go and get my notice period reduced by 1 day. If an employee is treated this badly even before joining an organization why would they even consider joining the company. Overall it was an awful experience and I'm surprised they would do something like this being part of the big 4 IT firms in India.
