It was okayish, just the mass hiring thing. They are not going to look much on academics and previous experiences. There were three rounds for me resume selection than aptitude test and than the final interview.

Three round are conducted generally. First is technical. Second round is excel test. Third is technical plus HR. The difficulty level is average. The questions are dependent on the team you are going into.
3 round of interview. Before that there is a test for checking communication skills. This role is for bps sector. After passing the test, had an interview with team lead, and it was good.
