I received an email to chose a date/time for the interview. A week later or so, The dat before the interview, I've received an invite to a completely different time slot, no explanation or anything else. I've contacted them and I was told due to an emergency they had to reschedule it. The interview happens via their app, which I had to create an account and add the recruiter to my contacts. During the interview, the recruiter was multi-tasking and not paying close attention to what I was responding. The recruiter told me that she was helping another candidate that was facing issues to adding her into the Wire app for their interview. In the end, their budget was below my expectations, the recruiter said that she would follow up with the hiring manager and give me a feedback - which never happened, just got the automatic"we decided to proceed with another candidate" email.
