Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Wire (Berlino) nel mese di ott 2021
Colloquio
A recruiter approached me through LinkedIn.
The interview consists of 3 steps:
- Call with Company Recruiter to talk about past experience + Company + Job Position
- Android Code Challenge
- Tech Interview based on code challenge and some other questions related to Android.
I jumped first interview and went directly into the code challenge.
Code Challenge took about 4~5 hours to complete.
Tech interview was about the code challenge, how and why I have done that way. And later some questions about how I would implement some new features or handle other features if needed in the future. Also questions about architecture.
After that interview it took less than a day to receive the offer, which I accepted.
The overall interview process took about one week~one week and a half. It was super quick.
