Responded to online job ad and was contacted by Sales Manager and he conducted phone interview that focused on prospecting skills, specifically on strategies you use and have used to cultivate NEW business. This was hardest part of the entire process and reason formal offer wasn't extended. Final impression was that they had quite a bit of turnover and sales people were always looking to be replaced by management. The Sales Manager and VP of Sales would have been great people to work for and compensation appeared strong relative to others in the industry.
