I applied via the TransferWise website, and was quickly offered a phone interview with a senior/lead technical member of the team. I only had one initial interview, and received feedback within 24 hours. In this case they chose not to progress as they're looking for someone with more experience in service mesh architectures. I appreciated the speed in which they got back to me, and for taking to the time to provide proper feedback. Overall a positive experience.
