Possibly one of the worst recruitment processes I’ve ever gone through. The interviewers were nice but the process was so random that it always felt like everyone’s lost. 2 separate HR representatives kept reaching out to me even when I informed them about it. They double booked meetings with different people and same people at times, and different zoom/teams links. I was left out in the cold with no response at least 3 times. Each time I had to reach out to Wise at least twice before hearing back. And even when I heard back it was rarely anything useful. I went through 5 interview sessions with lots of people and eventually I didn’t even know if I’m selected or rejected. At the end I received a good offer from a large consulting firm and decided to send one last email to wise wishing the company good luck with their hiring process and that’s when I heard back from the company that I’m not selected. Bare in mind this was after at least 3 weeks of keeping me waiting and not even responding to my followups anymore. Overall this was a great waste of everyones time. I hope they improve their process in the future and start treating potential candidates with more respect.

Screening call with recruiter and hiring manager, interview with tech team (engineering lead and engineering team), final interview with senior stakeholders. Feedback was swift, and I received detailed feedback on the reasons for rejection. Focussing on culture is really important in the interview process

Q: Give an example of an end-to-end implementation you had to manage, and the key KPIs that measured success.
It was smooth with the interviewers, but there was no follow up or update from HR or recruiter. You would be waiting in vain until there is a scheduling person who would let you know about the next step. This could be improved.

The Interview was your standard 4 step interview with a case study. HR Review, initial Hiring Manager screen, case study review and then a final interview. The Interviewers were nice but I was ghosted by the company, no email, no call or anything to let me know if I was not getting the job. I am writing this review because I want the WISE team to understand that ghosting candidates is unprofessional and cruel
