Great interview with one of their recruiters, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They originally scheduled a time and then the interviewer did not show up. However, after sending an email, they apologized and rescheduled. This was just the introductory call. I moved to the next stage.

The recruiter reached out asking for a few weeks of availability. 3 weeks of availability was provided within 3 hours. The recruiter then forgot to schedule the interview and never followed up. When I reached back out multiple times to inquire, I received no reply. Completely unprofessional and an apparent lack of competency on the talent team.
