Very unprofessional interview process. HR was late on first intro call and then rearranged the same intro call again by mistake. Was late on the second call, did not apologise nor acknowledge that it was a mistake. Could clearly see that he was rambling away on the call. Second interview with the hiring team, From the start of the call, the interviewer was looking out of her window with no interest on the call. Seemed like her 11 years of experience came with an attitude towards everyone around. No proper feedback given other than they have other suitable candidates for the position. Please realise people are looking for work in their current situation and not to lose their self esteem in such a poor interview process. Put yourself in the shoes of others while interviewing.
