Feedback is relatively poor.

At most stages I was asked about reasons to join Wise
Initial HR screen with recruitment then technical round with HackerRank. HR screen seems friendly and promising but then they take forever to respond/give feedback and sometimes not at all even after following up for feedback. Not a good experience overall.
