The recruitment experience was highly disappointing. After receiving an email invitation for an online interview, the HR representative came across as arrogant and condescending throughout the session. Following the interview, the company went completely silent, no follow-up, no outcome, no courtesy rejection. Ghosting candidates after they have invested their time is disrespectful and a clear reflection of poor workplace culture. Would not recommend applying here.

During the first round, the interviewer asked general background questions about your experience and motivation for the role. This was a fairly straightforward interview. The second round interview included two case studies and a technical SQL test. The case studies and SQL problems were not especially difficult but they seemed to expect a very high degree of response/pace despite only having 20 minutes to complete each section and to basically be required to respond immediately without any time to plan or think through the problem. I didn't feel like I had a chance to demonstrate my full potential during the technical interview and got rejected following this round.
