It was fast, 3 stages and took about 3 weeks for me to get a response. The take home test gave me a chance to showcase my skills and the hiring team was quite responsive.

I was interviewed twice for two roles. Setting up the discussions was cold and impersonal. It was difficult to make the arrangements. The discussions were fine, we talked about the roles and my experience. We agreed I would be a credible candidate. After both discussions, I was ghosted by both recruiters. When I chased for an update, I heard nothing. On the whole it was a poor and grubby experience - you can tell a lot from a company from how they treat candidates. Ghosting people is without class and a huge red flag. I dodged a bullet.
