They use an AI bot that's pretty bad to interview you by phone. You call in a number and then it basically doesn't work and when you comment about it, they tell you good luck with your job search. If this is what WISE Partners uses as their interview process, it concerns me what it would be like to work there. It's a really bad first impression for sure.
