I spent a good chunk of my time preparing for an interview for them. The person who interviewed me seemed more of a marketing type than a professional sales manager. The conversation centered around sales 101 like qualifying and account penetration which I construed as a pain point to address in their organization. Otherwise, the interview was very professional and cordial. I get a response back we decided to pursue other candidates. Thanks for the lack of feedback. It taught me an important lesson to add constructive feedback in exchange for my time as I qualify job prospects moving forward before agreeing to interview with them. Nonetheless, that type of response after a cordial professional conversation says a lot about the toxic culture of the company. I would stay away from them.
