Colloquio
It is a 3 step process:
1st is while filling the job application, taking a logic based test and an English language writing test.
2nd is a video interview, where you'll be specifically asked relevant questions and gauged for your communication skills.
3rd you'll be given an assignment, on successful completion you'll be hired.
The test limit time is reduced in second, and it was very difficult to write the test in such a short time. They sent me a link for a retest, but it was the same again and again.

The interview process was highly unprofessional. The interviewer kept asking why I quit my previous company, and very directly insinuated that my dissatisfaction from my previous job could be my own doing.

The interviewer was quite rude. As soon as the interview began she directly asked be about the 3 months gap I have since I left my last job. After answering all the question she told you're overqualified for this job and we'll have to pay you maximum salary which we can offer that's why we won't be able to select you.

There are certain criteria on which they pay salary and it's complete explanation will be given to check whether you agree to it or not.
They want to check how much they can exploit you and will ask about how many people are there in your family, who's earning, who's not.
