Was contacted via LinkedIn and set up with a call with a recruiter. After speaking with the recruiter and moving on to speaking with the hiring manager, I was given a technical challenge on a Monday. I completed that challenge and sent it by Wednesday morning. I didn't hear back from them until end of day Friday in which they replied that they received many responses and that my technical challenges weren't up to their expectations. Without providing any context, I'm led to believe that they're just looking to get free work from candidates without any real intention of hiring. The other negative interviews left here help me confirm that.
