I went through three rounds with HR, hiring manager and the team. The HR and hiring manager were honest and sincere. For the last round, I was asked to prepare a presentation, I prepared for days. While, during the final round, there was another future colleague who is very mean, not respectful when the hiring manager was away. The truth is they promoted someone in the company to be the client partner, while seeking for the replacement of consultant with very low wage.

I had three interviews for the client partner position. The process was progressing smoothly; they assigned me a case study to present to the senior partner after my HR interview. Following that, I had a third interview with the managing director. The entire process lasted two weeks. However, I did not receive any response from their side, even after sending two follow-up emails. I believe this lack of response was very unprofessional. It suggests they do not value the individual, as they should have at least responded, even if the answer was negative.
