Aptitude was quite okay
Group discussion is easy and technical question be prepared. Hr round was okay. The process was moderately easy

Two step process, first was with the recruiter representative, the second was with two partners. All the people were welcoming and polite. No “stupid” questions as some requires like to ask. Interview was easy going and positive.

The candiate will have a phone interview with HR first. If the candidate succeeds, then there will be separate interviews with the senior management such as partner and manager. The questions are mostly behavioral and experience.
