Received and completed a screening questionnaire of 25 questions.
Then informed about three weeks later that I was not selected to move forward.

Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site

Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)
