The interview was incredibly one-sided as the hiring manager didn't even bother turning on his camera, making it feel like I was talking to myself; I don't understand why I was invited for an interview, as the manager questioned the fit of my resume for the process engineer position. With his mind already set I was not able to impress him with the work I have done in the past and of course got rejected for the position later on.
Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site

Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)
