I first had a Phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with a team leader, then a phone interview with manager, then an in person interview with manager and managers 1 over. After my in person interview I received a phone call and offer 3 days later.

Colloquio
After filling out a lengthy questionnaire, I was granted a phone interview which lasted half an hour and consisted of many in-depth technical questions regarding fab processing. The in-person interview was scheduled the next day for the following week. The interview took about three hours and involved speaking with several engineers and management personnel. Technical questions were more abundant than personality and behavioral questions, which I appreciated.
