Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 5 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Wolters Kluwer (Waltham, MA) nel mese di set 2011
Colloquio
Interviewed with hiring manager, by phone then one-on-one, plus five others face to face over a month. Interviewers were fair, but since there were so many, with different responsiblities, it was hard to prepare for each. But I felt that most went well.
It was the August-September, so assume interviews were timed around vacations. It seemed that they kept finding new people to add to the interview process. However, I was a finalist, so that's probably why the process went on for so long. I thought it was a very good company: strong product, good benefits, smart colleagues, good attitude. But lots of opportunity to make a difference, too.

Domanda 1
Generally, I think the most difficult part is that the company was in the process of redifining the position, so that almost every person I interviewed with came at it from a different angle. For example, one interview was focusing on my experience as a manager, another on my direct marketing copy experience, and another on my knowledge of international markets.
Straight forward process with 4 rounds of interviews with those directly connected to the role. It did take a bit from application to interviews and then next steps. The recruiter was quite helpful and very responsive to emails. The interview team all was very kind and asked some great questions.

Colloquio
A call, followed with a presentation with two colleagues, one is your manager the other is someone junior to you....which is strange. Affectively, they really don’t know what they need and they use this time to gain knowledge on how execute the requirement they are hiring for. Woltar Kluwer are known for this in the market.
Several phone and in-person interviews. Lots of mixed messages from the team about whether there was a lot of work to be done or it was casual and relaxed. Really nice people, but I'm not sure it was a good fit.
