Very disorganized and unprofessional process. I applied for a position online, and a month later received an email back from an internal recruiter saying they reviewed my resume and wanted to talk to me further. I immediately replied, but then heard nothing back. I emailed back after a few days, and finally after a week I received a reply that a different recruiter would be following up with me and asking for availability again. I immediately replied, and then again heard nothing. I again emailed back after a week asking if they were still interested, and finally after another few days, I received a reply that (this is a direct quote) "I commit to send to you invites for interviewing with [xxx] and myself next week, and also to potentially interview with our CIO in two weeks." Again I replied back thanking them and providing my availability for the following week, and again I heard nothing. I followed up weekly for the next two weeks, but did not receive any replies to my emails whatsoever. Overall, it was not a good impression to leave with a candidate. If things changed and they were no longer interested or the position was no longer open, they could have sent a simple email saying so.
