I aced both of my phone screens (with the HR Rep and then the Hiring Manager) so I was called in for a set of panel interviews. Each panel went overtime because we were having in-depth discussions about test and test processes. Everything seemed to go very well and I was told by the hiring manager that should would definitely get back to me the next day after she sat down with all the interviewers. 3 days passed with no word so I contacted the HR Rep. She said she was going to talk with the Hiring Manager and to "Stay tuned!". I reiterated that I needed an answer either way because I had delayed a trip for the interview and needed to make plans based on their answers. I have called a few times since then and saw that they reposted the position but yet nobody will call me back to give me any feedback or to even tell me "No". Very unprofessional.
