I applied for 2 roles at Wolters Kluwer. I got a call the next day from the HR and was told that I will receive 2 different tests (one for each role) and was asked to resolve the tests and send them back by Monday. I did and I waited almost 2 weeks for a reply. The HR lady told me that I have passed both tests and scheduled an interview with 3 hiring managers the next day. After 1 hour she said that something came up in one of the manager's schedule and we need to reschedule the interview. We rescheduled the interview and only 2 of the 3 managers joined the interview anyway. One of the interviewer was very nice and told me about the company and the roles I was interviewing for. She told me that I am considered for both roles and I will have another interview (the last one) with a manager from US and all the info (feedback on the tests and interview plus info about the final interview) will be sent to me by the HR girl after this interview is over. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard a single word from them. The other manager that attented the interview acted extremely rude and totally unprofessional---the whole time I was talking about my experience, my responsinilities at my current job and answered the questions asked by the nice lady, the rude one kept making faces and seemed very bored and kept rolling her eyes everytime I said something. I was very disappointed by this experince and it was a waste of time.

Why did you apply to this job? What do you think your colleagues would describe you in 1 word? Did you work with deadlines? 3 strenghts and 3 things you want to improve about yourself.

Applied in late May, initial phone screen interview took place about 2 wks later along with 2nd round interview with the hiring managers. Initial talks with recruiter were great and very responsive and communicative. During the second round virtual interview with the hiring manager and one other manager, neither interviewer turned their cameras on which made the interview really uncomfortable. Overall, I thought the interview was going well and went past the time limit which is usually a good sign. They assured me of the next steps and promised that they would NOT ghost me regardless of their decision. Now nearly two months later, still haven't heard from the recruiter or hiring manager. Followed up with the internal recruiter but absolute radio silence. So much for honesty as I was really impressed with the company and hoping to join in that role.

I first interviewed with an hr recruiter, who quickly scheduled an interview with 3 hiring managers after briefly describing the company and role. The interview with the hiring managers lasted 1 hour over teams video call. They described the role more in depth and asked about my work experience.

Before the actual interview, I had to reschedule because something suddenly came up. I sent an e-mail to HR at least 3 days before the interview to discuss alternatives, but I did not receive any reply from their side. Therefore, the interview was not rescheduled and I had to move around a lot of things in order to be able to attend the interview.
In the interview, it was established that I would receive the test materials on a certain day at a certain time. That did not happen, the HR responsible did not actually send me the materials as agreed, I had to e-mail them about it and ask for them.
And last but not least, after I performed the test and sent back the results, in the e-mail I addressed HR I asked them a number of questions regarding the test itself because I had encountered some issues and wanted some clarifications.
The only e-mail I got back was 3-4 days later saying that they had moved on with a different candidate, without actually answering my questions or any other feedback regarding the interview/test.
Since communication is key in the recruitment process because it offers us a way to know more about the company, the role, the people who work there, the fact that in my personal experience this communication was one-sided and my questions were ignored speaks a lot.
I would like to believe this is an isolated incident but a piece of advice is to show more respect to the candidates and work on communication skills, improving this aspect so as not to disappoint more candidates in the future.
