Submitted and application, then a couple weeks later I was contacted by a recruiter regarding my salary requirements, a week later I was contacted by the recruiter to schedule a teams interview with the hiring manager followed by 2 more interviews with other managers. I was then contacted a week later with an offer.

Phone screen with internal recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager, phone screen with colleague and then on site interview. After the on site interview, job offer and then background check.
