With the phone screening interview, we scheduled a time (HR was late to call). Answerd HRs questions to my previous work history. She had some rude and patronising questions. She also explained the role to me (this went for a total of 1 hour), even discussed how great the company was and then proceeded to tell me that I didnt have enough experience. Why waste your time discussing the company for THAT long, wasting everyones time if I am lacking experience? She also dismissed my extensive experience in industry; saying I was no where near ready for a management position & that I was too junior for this role. Informed her I was actually offered a management role elsewhere. She was demanding I tell her what salary other companies have offered, where I interviewed at, why I turned down an offer etc. It is frankly none of her business and is seriously very rude. HR really must be more professional to candidates. I have blacklisted this company moving forward.
