I was referred by my friend for Senior Automation Test Engineer role interview process is very slow. After completion of all rounds they confirmed offer on mail and asked to commit the joining. And a week before my joining they backed out saying we are having organisational changes and we have budget restriction. Very unprofessional behaviour from HR as it may disturb someone's employment.

Hr told me 2 Technical and 1 HR round will happen Both the Rounds we basic but completely Technical After Clearing Round 1 and Round 2 HR told me your feedback is positive you are selected * Discussed Salary and Everything also *Then suddenly Hr tood me another Round will be scheduled with country head, informal *But 4hrs ago HR called me and tood it will be a technical round and will be taken by manager This round was like they were asking questions to cut me They were in hurry, asked me question about technology for which I didn’t applied And ultimately i felt that they are doing formality to cut me They aslo asked someone referred you i tood them no Ultimately after 2 days HR tood your feedback is not positive, Sad part is there management is so poor, they first told me you are selected and afterwards just cut me because they must be having another candidate with reference
