I applied online and got a phone call the same day. The recruiter questioned why I didn't apply for a different job and encouraged me to pursue a different position opening at the company. However, when I got there, there was no mention of this, and I was interviewed for the initial position. After the interview, I could hear the interviewers talking about me in the next room. I was then offered a position in a different role than we had discussed and was expected to decide on the spot. While I requested some time to think about it and look over the job description, the company never sent these to me after saying they would.
