I applied at Womply May of 2018. Shortly after my application Jeanine reached out to schedule a phone interview. After speaking with her on my phone interview I was invited to come to an onsite interview. I was impressed when I showed up at Womply. I first sat with Meredith where I shadowed her on what my job was going to be if I got hired. I thought this was awesome! I was not expecting to get a first hand look at what I would be doing. After shadowing for 30ish minutes I met with Justin. It was as to be expected interviewing for sales but also refreshing that management upfront with everything. Spent about 20 min with Justin and then he had Dan come in to chat. It was quick an easy wanted to basically know if I am able to do the job I was applying for. Was entire interview was more than expected and it all started with my recruiter Jeanine who is one of the best recruiters I have had the pleasure of working with .

There's 2 phone interviews, and an in person. During the in person you y jack while they're interviewing.. to make sure it's a good fit. They go over several times, on what you'll be doing day-to-day
