These standards include quality of sources, using the right formatting in the response, fully understanding and answering the question in every way possible, fully explaining how you found your answers and the methodology you used in answering the question, and being perfectly free of spelling and grammar mistakes.

Waste your time spending many hours researching everything perfectly only to not be paid a time. Terrible company, really the most unprofessional company around. They are just wasting many people's valuable time.

I passed the first part of the interview which is a quiz and was invited to do a trial assignment but the link to the trial assignment changed to "Great! You have completed your trial research. We will get back to you shortly!" without even attempting the trial assignment.
