Had a fantastic screener with their recruiter. Ghosted for 2 weeks (not her fault). Eventually scheduled an hour with the hiring manager. Went well I thought and seemed like a good fit but were it not for my following up several times, I wouldn’t have heard back. I was promised feedback that I never got. Really enjoyed the recruiter and I don’t think any of the long winded process flaws were her fault.
