Typical one on one interview set up. Very easy, relaxed and informal. The person I interviewed with was fairly high ranking and our time was short. Was called back a few days later and given an offer letter. Meeting with others came after job was accepted.

Referral by existing employee who was well respected. Initial interview was casual. No technical questions or questions regarding work experience. Mustang values the opinion of existing employees who are good performers and referred candidates are not as thoroughly vetted as someone who submitted a resume through a job board or who is an unknown.
