The interview process went fine, initial video recording interview followed by technical round. Process was quick initially with an interval of 2 weeks between the rounds. Later on they ghost on you without even bothering to let you know that they are not moving forward. This has happened with me twice. Extremely unprofessional and crude. I am never going to apply for Woodmac again. Beware if you think of applying for Woodmac.

The interview process was split into two parts, both held in MS Teams video conference format:
1. Initial interview with the hiring manager, which lasted ~40 minutes.
2. The second stage interview, which is a panel interview with the Hiring manager, direct supervisor and another team member with a presentation (~20 minutes for the presentation, 20 minutes for the Q&A and another 20 minutes for my questions for the panel).
Both interviews went very well, but I ended up without an offer because of my citizenship.

They contacted me after a couples of days of applying, they initially asked basic questions about salary, and availability, after a week they sent me an assessment and after a week they told me they were no longer recruiting for the role.
