The interview process was very straightforward and thorough. I felt they asked pretty standard questions in terms of restaurant interviews. Make sure you come prepared for any questions they’ll ask. I interviewed with two managers the first day and they asked me to come back and interview with the general manager and they were the one that hired me.

It was super chill - all the usual interview questions. They asked about my last job, how I dealt with a difficult customer, and why I want to work at Wood Ranch. It was 3 rounds so expect it to take a few weeks.

Quick 5 min chat followed by a second interview with the general manager which lasted about 10 minutes. Standard questions about past work history, and a time I experience a difficult guest.
