I was already employed at Woodforest as a Retail Banker II at the coldwater branch in Fort Wayne, IN. The ABM position opened at the Auburn branch so I submitted an application through the companies career opportunities site on our intranet. I was offered a single in-person interview with the Branch Manager and the Market Manager before my shift started. The interview lasted for a little over thirty minutes and was very thorough. Both managers seemed very interested in me for the position and I left feeling very good about the interview. About one week later, I was called by the Branch Manager and he offered me the position, which I accepted and started the next pay period.
