I interviewed for the position twice. The first interview was a very positive experience — the conversation flowed naturally, and I felt I built a strong rapport with both the hiring manager and HR. They were welcoming, the discussion was engaging, and I left feeling confident and enthusiastic about the opportunity.
The second interview, however, felt quite different. The tone was noticeably more intense, and instead of feeling like a collaborative conversation, it felt more like an interrogation. The questions came across as rigid and highly scrutinizing, which made the interaction feel less comfortable and more stressful. While I understand the need for thorough evaluation, the overall experience contrasted sharply with the first interview and left me with a very different impression.
